Task: To add the Keene Q: Drive on Windows
Before doing this, the user will need to be connected to a USNH VPN or connected to the campus network. This is only for university devices.
Instructions
Step 1 - Open “this PC” from the Windows icon on the far bottom left-side of your computer.
Step 2 - Right Click the Computer tab on the left.
Step 3 - Select Map Network Drive >> Map Network
Drive: Q
Folder: \\jackson.keene.edu\groups
Step 4 - Check Reconnect at sign-in
Step 5 - Click Finish
Outcome
You should be able to add the Keene Q: Drive onto your Windows computer.

Step 1 - Click the Go menu
Step 2 - Connect to Server
smb://Jackson/groups
Step 3 - Click Connect
Step 4 - Use the + button to add it as a Favorite Server
Outcome
You should be able to add the Keene Q: Drive on your Mac computer.
