In Fall 2023, UNH implemented the ability for some users to text students from EAB Navigate.  This article contains a link to the UNH Texting Policy

To Activate this Permission

UNDER CONVERSATIONS: Select "Allow User to Text Students"

 

Allowed Roles

Only the following roles have access to text students from the system currently: 

  • Academic Advisor
  • Athletic Advisor
  • CFAR Advisor
  • Speciality Advisor
  • Academic Advisor-Manual
  • UNHM Advisor
  • CPS Academic Center Director
