Want to know what the students see when they log into myPortal?  This article will show the portal from the students perspective.

Dashboard View:

The portal experience for students is not all that different from other users.  All users have the ability to customize their dashboard, see activities and tasks as well as Calendars and Events. 

Customizable to each student. Shown here includes current courses on myCourse (UNH Canvas), Calendar, and Microsoft 365 Emails and Files.

 

Activity View:

Shows new tools and information published on myPortal 

 

Tasks View:

Current and completed tasks can be viewed here. In addition, they can be shown by Categories including: KSC, PSU, UNH, and USNH, as well as Sorted By: Due Date, Importance, and Recent.

 

Announcement Page:  If users have dismissed an announcement they can navigate here to see any and all announcements 

 

Discover Page:  Allows users to discover other Groups or Connections on the platform that may be of interest based on the information added in your profile. 

 

Events and Calendars:   Allows users to access and search calendars they have access to see based on their role and profile.  Use the filter in the upper right of the area to add parameters in order to filter out or add in additional information.
