UNH iClicker: Resetting Password to iClicker Cloud

Summary

 This article describes how to request a password reset for the iClicker Cloud app.

After attempting to login to iClicker Cloud a student may have to reset their iClicker password. To reset the password leave the iClicker app and restart it.  At the initial screen, there is a "reset password" link.   See instructions below.

Instructions

Step 1 - Completely close the iClicker Cloud mobile app.  

Step 2 - Re-open the iClicker Cloud mobile app.  

Step 3 -  Select the Forgot Password link.

Step 4 - The iClicker Reset Password windows opens.

Step 5 - Enter your iClicker Cloud email. This is usually the same email as in your Canvas course - firstname.lastname@unh.edu

Step 6 - Go to your email and locate the email from iClicker.  In the email, select "Click here to reset".

Step 7 - Enter your new password.

Step 8 - Go back to the iClicker Cloud app and login through the campus portal link.

Step 9 - You most likely will be passed through to the iClicker Cloud app.  If necessary, enter your iClicker Cloud account information: email = firstname.lastname@unh.edu and the new password you just created.

 

If you are unable to reset the password, use this iClicker webform to enter a support ticket and to request additional assistance.   

 

Outcome

You should be able to reset your iClicker Cloud password.
