PSU - EAB Navigate360: Student Hand Raise in Moble App

Summary

Hand Raise allows students to “raise their hand” by issuing alerts on themselves, using the Navigate360 Student app.  As with other Alert Reasons, each reason that can be issued by a student can send an automated email to the student, open a case, have a case auto assigned to an individual staff member or assigned relationship, or send a case closed email.
