How-To

Task: Submit print jobs using Mobility Print on your personal computer or mobile device.

Before you begin

  • If you are on-campus, make sure you are connected to Eduroam (wireless) or Ethernet (wired).
  • If you are off-campus, make sure you are connected to the VPN.

Instructions

Step 1 - After you set up Mobility Print (instructions below), the corresponding campus Follow-Me printers will be available on your device.

  • KSC
    • B&W_KSC
    • Color_KSC
  • PSU
    • PSU_BW_STUDENT
    • PSU_COLOR_STUDENT
  • UNH
    • UNH_BW_STUDENT
    • UNH_COLOR_STUDENT

Step 2 - You can now print to one of the Follow-Me printers as you normally would print on your device.

Important: Each time you print, your device will ask you for a username and password. Type your USNH username ONLYNOT username@usnh.edu (e.g. jbd2519NOT jbd2519@usnh.edu) and USNH password. Your operating system may have the option to save this information after the first time, to make it easier to print.

Step 3 - After you send your document to one of the Follow-Me printers, you go to a student printer and release your print job. Options for release vary by campus location.

Outcome

You are able to print to student printers on campus.
