This article will outline the standard time expectations for users that are experiencing issues or need added functionality within the system.

The table below outlines common asks along with the standard time line for these items to be accomplished.  Many items will have unique needs so time lines may be adjusted accordingly.

Campaign Updates 2 weeks
Major Data Configuration Changes 1 semester
Onboarding New Departments 2 months
Kiosk Issues Time to resolve 2 weeks
Data Projects* (involving data team) 3 months - 1 year
Automation Development Timeline (development) 3 days - 2 weeks
Automation Development Timeline (Implementation) 1 - 3 months
Advisor Tagging ~ 2 days
Predictive Model Refresh Timeline* 1 - 2 months
New Feature Implementation 1 - 3 months

* Data Projects are on hold and must go through Workday Governance if there is a request that requires SIS data resources. 

 

* This must go through EAB and no new data fields/sources can be added at this time as indicated in the data project note.
