Summary
This article discusses how to complete the Destination information of a delivery on a burst for each of the methods we support.
We currently support delivering content to the following destinations:
We do not support delivering content directly to e-mail.
We strongly encourage the use of delivery templates where possible as this allows the user to manage changes that may be needed on the template instead of needing to make changes to each individual delivery the user may have created. Please see our two articles on creating delivery templates for more information.
How-To
Task: Deliver your item to SharePoint as a delivery destination
Instructions
Step 1 - Navigate to the burst. In this example we are using the burst we created called “demo-classroom_usage_report”
Step 2 - Click on the “Items” tab
Step 3 - Click on the item you want to add a delivery for. In this example we have selected the “Academic_Technology...” item in the list. You can tell it is selected because it is highlighted in light blue.
Step 4 - Select DELIVERIES and click the plus (+) sign to add a delivery (the word Add appears up when you hover over the plus (+) sign.
Note: If you plan to deliver many items to the same location, you may want to consider creating a delivery template first then selecting the template by clicking the “Template” button.

Step 5 - The BURST DELIVERY window will open where we will set the report destination and the format the report will be published in. In the pop-up window:
Step 6 - Give the delivery a NAME
Step 7 - In the DESTINATION drop-down menu select: SharePoint
Step 8 - In the Platform menu, ensure “InfoBurst Users SharePoint OAuth” is selected.
Step 9 - In the box for SharePoint Site URL, change the URL to the URL from the home page of the site you want to deliver content to. It is best to copy and paste this.
DO NOT use the URL from the folder in SharePoint you want to deliver content to. The URL MUST be from the site home page
Note: If you do not have the ability to upload files to the SharePoint you are trying to send content to, the delivery will fail. You will need to coordinate with the site owner to get “write” privileges
Step 10 - In the Document Library box, click on the blue folder icon to browse the document library folder structure of the SharePoint site you entered in a URL for to select a location to send content to.

Step 11 - It is optional to enter in a name for the file. The system will default to naming the file using the Document Name and the parameters values that were selected, separated by underscores.
Note: We recommend the use of Macros when choosing a name for the file. The available macros can be viewed but clicking on the blue “M” that is visible in the File Name box

Step 12 - Click the FORMAT tab and select the output format of the report/document from the dropdown menu. In this case we have chosen PDF.
Step 13 - Click SAVE

You will be able to set your burst delivery destination as SharePoint.
