Content
To request Microsoft licenses deployed centrally by the Microsoft 365 team, use the Request Licensing button at the top of this article or from the Microsoft Office 365 Additional License Provisioning Service page. The request form will allow you to request one of the following:
- Teams Premium ($24 year/user) - Ideal for users looking to get intelligent meeting recaps.
- CoPilot ($360 year/user) - Provides integration with Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) to provide A.I. Assistance.
- Project Online Professional*
- Project Online Premium*
- Visio Pro*
Licenses marked with an asterisk (*) are compatible with Microsoft 365 Apps for Education only; having any previous version of Microsoft's productivity suite installed is unsupported.
Please be aware that the requesting department will be responsible for current and recurring license costs, if applicable. You will need to provide Department and FOAPAL when submitting the request.
This service is only available to faculty and staff.
