Connect to Wifi:

Thanks for reaching out to the IT Help Desk.

There are only two Wi-Fi Networks available for use on the Campus Network

Game Systems and other non-browser devices connected to the USNH network must be registered for use on the network via the non-browser device registration tool available at https://networking.usnh.edu/nac . I think my Wireless AP is broken (No lights):

Hi <<user>>,

Thank you for reaching out to the Technology Help Desk.

The Routers in the Residential Halls and Apartments are all working as expected. Our Networking team has toggled the lights "off" intentionally, as we they can be quite bright at night and irritate those who prefer to sleep in a dark room.

Rest assured they are working if you can see the <<CAMPUS>>-Open and eduroam networks.
