Where to find Help:
Online Support a comprehensive list of support options is found under the Help icon in the lower left of the Canvas menu. These are specific to each institution.
From the "Help" link in Canvas the following options are provided:
USNH Faculty User Guide: This links to a faculty user guide webpage that provides a list of the frequently asked questions about getting started using Canvas, as well as, managing your course throughout the semester.
USNH IT Knowledge Base: This links to USNH help documentation specific to Canvas, as well as, support documentation from other academic departments. See the Canvas category at the IT Knowledge Base website
Search the Canvas Guides: This links to Canvas created guides which include step by step instructions and videos on how to use the system. These guides are very thorough and easy to search and it is always recommended you look here before contacting support. Canvas Instructor Guides
USNH Canvas Training Sessions: This opens to the Teaching and Learning Technologies Training calendar to view current sessions or drop-in sessions or you can request specific training or 1:1 support sessions.

Help Desk Telephone: Provides a 24/7 number to reach our Help Desk Team, numbers vary based on your campus.
