Printers at USNH locations offer Tap-to-Release printing technology, a streamlined and flexible printing solution.

  • Convenience: Users can release print jobs at any printer within the network by simply tapping their RFID card (campus ID card). Alternate methods are available.
  • Efficiency: Eliminates the need to configure multiple printer queues, saving time and reducing complexity.
  • Mobility: Allows users to print from anywhere and collect documents from the most conveniently located printer.
  • Security: Reduces the risk of confidential documents being exposed by ensuring they are only printed when the requestor is present to collect them.

If your department requires a customized printing solution beyond the standard Tap-to-Release setup, please submit a request for customization.
