TeamDynamix Application Administration

TeamDynamix is a platform used for Ticketing, Portfolio & Project Management, and Change Enablement.

TeamDynamix Application Administration service provides access, training, and configuration for the TeamDynamix Application.   Use this service for TeamDynamix Application requests such as:

  • Configuration Changes to TeamDynamix Services, Groups, Users, Forms, Notifications, and Workflows
  • Request TeamDynamix Reports
  • TeamDynamix enhancement requests
  • TeamDynamix training sessions [link to ittraining]
  • Access to TeamDynamix [link to AMS]

TeamDynamix is used by :

  • TeamDynamix Client Portal can be accessed both internally and externally by anyone to request service or report an issue.   
  • TeamDynamix is also used internally by many USNH departments to manage tickets, projects, and changes.
