As announced by the Chancellor in September with full support of the Presidents, the transition to Workday requires us to pause some business processes. These pauses begin on different dates for different types of transactions, staggered to best meet our ongoing business needs while balancing our need to reduce transactions during this transition. You may continue to submit employee resignations and terminations during the transition phase. Please visit the USNH Workday Resources SharePoint for more details and training opportunities.
Effective 12/11/2023, this service request form is available for use by managers at UNH, Keene State College and the USNH System Office ONLY at this time.
This form should be submitted by the supervisor for the position. If the employee has resigned, a formal resignation letter is preferred, but some sort of backup documentation is required and should be attached when this request is submitted.
Employees intending to submit a resignation should submit a resignation letter to their managing supervisor.
Students who have run out of work study funds should not be submitted through this ticket – instead, please submit a Student Hire ticket and select “Transition Work Study to Student Hourly."
Please note: Due to the sensitive nature of employee terminations, the requester will receive an email confirmation that the ticket was submitted and again when the request has been processed. Future access to historic requests will not be available in the user's ticket request history.
