Request Process

  1. Submit a Request: Initiate a project request through the TeamDynamix portal by providing necessary details about the desired project or enhancement.

  2. Review and Evaluation: The request will be reviewed by the IT project management team for feasibility, resource allocation, and prioritization.

  3. Approval and Scheduling: Approved requests will be scheduled, and timelines will be communicated to the requestor.
  4. Implementation: The project team will carry out the implementation, keeping the requestor informed of progress and any potential adjustments.
  5. Completion and Feedback: Upon completion, the project will be reviewed, and feedback will be gathered to ensure continuous improvement.
