The UNHCEMS support team evaluates new feature requests. New feature requests are billed to the site requesting the new feature. If the new feature request is small in scope and the requesting site has annual or prepaid support hours to pay for the new feature, the CEMS support team may begin work on the new request. Otherwise, the CEMS support team will provide a project estimate that will need to be reviewed and accepted before work begins.
