Summary
This article will discuss the required elements for updating each of the different lists' types within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Ad-Hoc list upload module.

NOTE: The required data should be contained within the first column of your datasheet.
NOTE: The uploaded ad-hoc lists are only available for 60 days within SFMC, on the 61st day they will fall off the list and need to be re-uploaded from the ad-hoc list interface.
Banner SIS PIDMs or Usernames
- Either piece of data will work, SFMC during the upload process will resolve other attributes such as First Name, Last Name, email address associated with the above information.
Banner HR PIDMs or Usernames
- Either piece of data will work, SFMC during the upload process will resolve other attributes such as First Name, Last Name, email address associated with the above information.
UNH Usernames
- SFMC during the upload process will resolve other attributes such as First Name, Last Name, email address associated with the above information.
List of email, First name, last name, 9-digit (common) ID
- In order to upload a CSV file with the user defined fields, the user must have their information in the following order: email, first name, last name, 9-digit (common) ID, User Field 1, User Field 2, User Field 3, User Field 4, User Field 5, User Field 6, User Field 7, User Field 8, User Field 9, User Field 10
- If only the email address is provided SFMC during the upload process will resolve other attributes such as First Name, Last Name associated with the above information.
