Summary
Banner Workflow is an enterprise application that allows people to create a string of actions that they do over and over again in the UNH Banner Student environment. For example, the steps for changing someone's address when they move.
- Note: PSU also has Banner Workflow, but they use SSO for signing into Workflow so this password reset process doesn't apply to PSU.
If a UNH user does not know their Workflow password, queue a TeamDynamix case to ET&S - Business Application Security Team to request a Workflow password reset. Once the password has been reset, the user will need to log into Workflow and change their password to a private password. Their Workflow password does NOT need to match their Banner/USNH password. See detailed steps below.

Accessing Workflow
Workflow for both UNH and PSU, for both Production and Test, is available from the Enterprise Business Systems & Resources page in my.usnh.edu
- Users must be provisioned with a Workflow account and be on the USNH VPN to access Workflow.
- UNH users log in with ONLY their username, like jbd2519 - NO @usnh.edu or @unh.edu.
- PSU users log in with Single Sign-On (SSO) and their normal USNH credentials (like jbd2519@usnh.edu)

Banner Workflow Password Basics
- The Banner Workflow user has to also have a Banner account and permissions.
- Banner Workflow is a stand-alone product and its password is stored separately within itself .
- The person must update the password by choosing "change password" inside Workflow .
- The person must log out of Workflow then log back in with their new password before trying to use Workflow.
