This article is intended for the SEL Coordinators. It describes the process for setting courses to reviewed.
How-To
To ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the survey process each course will need to be reviewed. Once the course has been checked for accuracy the course will need to be set as reviewed. This will mark the course for a final review by the application admins prior to the students being invited to evaluate.
Task: To set courses to reviewed.
Instructions
Step 1 - Log in to DIG.
Step 2 - Click on Review and Publish the Data assigned to you for the current DIG project
Step 3 - Find your course by using the search or scroll through the list
Step 4 - Click on Edit button to expand
Step 5 - Scroll down to reviewed
Step 6 - Set to Yes
Step 7 - Scroll up and click Save
Step 8 - Users can also bulk mark courses as Reviewed once you have completed each course review, see article: Student Experiences of Learning Software - Blue-Data Integrity Gateway (DIG) - Update multiple courses at once (Batching)
Outcome
Once data review is complete, DIG Coordinators will mark the courses listed as being reviewed letting the admins know process has been completed
