Task: This article is intended for the SEL Coordinators. It describes the process for setting courses to reviewed.
Instructions:
To ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the survey process each course will need to be reviewed. Once the course has been checked for accuracy the course will need to be set as reviewed. This will set the course for a final review by the application admins prior to the students being invited to evaluate.
- Log in to DIG.
- Click on Review and Publish the Data assigned to you for the current DIG project
- Find your course by using the search or scroll through the list
- click on Edit button to expand
- Scroll down to reviewed
- Set to Yes
- Scroll up and click Save
- Users can also bulk mark courses as Reviewed once you have completed each course review, see article:
Outcome:
Once data review is complete, DIG Coordinators will mark the courses listed as being reviewed letting the admins know process has been completed
