Summary
EAB Navigate provides the ability for Faculty to generate a Progress Report for a student outside the window of an active Progress Report Campaign (Ad-Hoc). This provides Faculty with the ability to report on students anytime they may be "at risk".
How-To
Task: Faculty now have permissions to create an On-Demand (ad-hoc) Continuous Progress Report for a student.
Instructions
Step 1 - To submit a Continuous Progress Reporting report, faculty members should navigate to their Professor Home.

Step 2 - On the Professor Home page, the platform lists all courses which the faculty member is currently teaching. To submit a Continuous Progress Report on students enrolled in a course, click Progress Reports next to the course name.

Step 3 - On the next screen, you can view all previously submitted Progress Reports for students currently enrolled in this course. In the bottom section, select one or more students from your class roster and select "Create a New Progress Report" from the Actions drop down menu.

Step 4 - A new window will open with prompts to submit feedback on this student. The information available to include in this Progress Report is the same as from a progress report campaign, and looks like the following. Note that the email to the student will come from the Faculty member creating the Progress Report.
-
Please select YES if you have a concern about the student, and then choose the Main reason for your concern in the drop down.
- Faculty will fill out the report then select Submit Report

Outcome
Faculty will be able to create a Continuous Progress Report for students in their courses, as needed.
