EAB Navigate360: Running Standard V3 Reports

Summary

There are several standard V3 reports that users can run by customizing their search parameters. To save a report for future use, click save from the report results.

Task: To run standard reports and common customizations

Instructions

Step 1 - Navigate to the reports area

Step 2 - Select the Standard Report tab at the top

Step 3 - This will list the standard reports in the application, select a report by clicking on the link

Step 4 - After running reports, you have the option to Save this report with the parameters set, for future use.

Step 5 - Filters can also be shared by using the "Share these Filters" icon.  This will copy the filters to your clipboard where you can then paste to an email or Teams chat and another user can open them in EAB.

 

Examples:

Appointments Report

We want to show, all Advising Appointments scheduled in February 2024 for the University Advising Center.  You can change Scheduled Start Date range and Location value(s) to your selected values(s).

Progress Reports Report

For this report, I am looking for all students marked at Risk = Yes, for specific reasons that have to do with low grades, between February 1, 2024 and March 31, 2024

Availabilities Report

All Chemistry Department Tutoring Availability across the Fall 2023 Term.  You can change the Timeframe, Care Unit, and Course value(s) to your selected values(s).

All reports can be further filtered using the options at the bottom of the data filters section

Outcome

Users will not have the knowledge to create reports and save them, as needed to run in the future.
