TeamDynamix: Getting Started with TeamDynamix Mobile App

Summary

The TeamDynamix Mobile app allows you to connect to TeamDynamix from your mobile device. This guide will walk you through finding, installing, and connecting the TeamDynamix Mobile app. This article is for USNH TeamDynamix technicians with permission to use this application.

 

Step 1: Install the TeamDynamix Mobile App

The TeamDynamix Mobile app is available in both the App Store and Google Play store. You can find the app using one of these methods: 

  1. In the USNH TDNext Technician Application, under the Waffle  in the top left, open the Downloads application  and click on TeamDynamix Mobile.
    • Use your mobile device's camera to scan the Install the Mobile App QR Code, or click on the App Store or Google Play store icons. 
  2. In the App Store or Google Play Store, search for "TeamDynamix". 
  3. Go directly to the TeamDynamix Mobile App in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

 

Step 2: Register the Mobile App

To connect, the TeamDynamix Mobile app must be registered to our instance of TeamDynamix. Use your mobile device's camera to scan this Register the Mobile App QR Code:

The Mobile App will open and automatically register to our USNH TeamDynamix production environment

 

Step 3: Sign In to the Mobile App 

Once you've registered the mobile app to an instance of TeamDynamix, Sign In with your usual USNH username@usnh.edu and password with MFA if required.

 

Using Different Environments in the Mobile App

Production, Sandbox, and Release Preview environments each count as a different instances of TeamDynamix, with different Instance IDs and different QR codes. When setting up the app for the first time, be sure your are using the environment you want to connect to when registering.

If you need to connect to an additional environment, follow these steps: 

  1. Log out of the TeamDynamix Mobile app. 
  2. On the mobile app sign in page, tap the Change button in the Instance ID and URL box. 
  3. If available, select a previously registered instance from the View previously used TDX Instances menu.  Otherwise, to register a new instance of TeamDynamix, continue with the steps below:
  4. Using your computer, sign in to TDNext in the environment you want to connect to. See our article on Links for TDx Production and Sandbox Access.
  5. Under the Waffle  in the top left, open the Downloads application  and click on TeamDynamix Mobile.
  6. Use your mobile device's camera to scan the Register the Mobile App QR Code on the right. The Mobile App will open and automatically register to the selected TeamDynamix environment.

Once you select or register a new environment, then you will need to Sign In again.
