Summary

Message Content Creator is a feature for partners with Navigate360 AI Capabilities. It allows users to enhance email and text message content in Navigate360. For example, it works with Send a Message actions as well as when creating any sort of content (e.g. nudges, welcome messages, success messages) for a campaign.

How-To

If a user wants to auto-enhance an existing message, they can select Enhance with no other options selected. When more help is needed for creating a message, users can now enter a prompt and select options from the Tone and Message Length fields to further customize their request.

Instructions

1. Once the user makes their selections, they click Enhance. A Preview window opens. If the user had written a message before this, it appears in the Original Message pane, with the AI-enhanced message in the Enhanced Message pane.
2. In addition, when updating the prompt, there is a Version History ability that lets users view previous versions of the message.
3. If the user is satisfied with the enhanced message, they can click Use Enhanced. If not, they can select Keep Original.
4. From the Preview Enhanced Message window, the user can make several updates. First, they can change the Prompt and click Regenerate.
5. In addition, when updating the prompt, there is a Version History ability that lets users view previous versions of the message.
