Teams Meetings: Canvas LTI Browser Not Loading - Recommended Browsers

Recommended Browsers

For the Microsoft Teams Meetings LTI (Learning Tool Interoperability) or Microsoft Teams Classes LTI in Canvas we've had the most success using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. These are the browsers we would recommend at this time. If you experience loading issues for the LTIs and see the screen below despite multiple sign in attempts we would recommend trying these browsers. This should resolve the issue.

It is often a good idea to clear your cache and make sure you are logged in to Microsoft Teams if you are troubleshooting as well.
