Canvas: Canvas Help

Task: This article describes where and how to find Canvas help and support documentation.

 

Instructions:

If you are having issues with Canvas, use the (?) Help link found in the bottom, left corner of the Canvas site.  The help windows gives you the option to connect to multiple support options your campus; Canvas guides and IT Knowledge Base help documentation.  

You must be logged into your Canvas course site to see the help link.  If you are unable to login please call your campus IT Service Desk
