This article describes where and how to find Canvas help and support documentation.

If you are having issues with Canvas, use the Help link found in the bottom, left corner of the Canvas site.  The help windows gives you the option to connect to multiple support options your campus; Canvas guides and IT Knowledge Base help documentation.  

You must be logged into your Canvas course site to see the help link.  If you are unable to login please contact the Technology Help Desk.

• Please see the Canvas Help menu or visit the Technology Help Desk page for your Help Desk's contact information. 

• USNH IT Knowledge Base - This resource links to USNH help documentation specific to Canvas, as well as support documentation from other academic departments.

• Canvas (myCourses) Webform - This link is directs you to the USNH online support form for requesting help from USNH resources.

• Teaching & Learning Technologies Training calendar  - This site lists the training opportunities and walk-in sessions for faculty and staff.

Need additional help?

Submit a Canvas (myCourses) support request or visit the Technology Help Desk Support page to locate your local campus contact information or to submit an online technology support request. For password issues you must call or visit the Help Desk in person.
