Getting Help:
1. Online Support is available through the ‘Help’ link in the bottom left corner of Canvas, as well as through USNH IT Support web forms.
From the "Help" link in Canvas the following options are provided:
- Search the Canvas Guides: The Canvas guides and further resources provided by Canvas which include step by step instructions and videos on how to use the system. These guides are very thorough and easy to search and it is always recommended you look here before contacting support.
- Chat with our Chatbot: If you need basic questions on Canvas answered the Chatbot appears on ET&S' Support Site or you can find it on the Dashboard of your Canvas instance. If you need further chat support about anything IT related please check out ET&S Live Chat Support. If you prefer making a phone call, the Help Desk phone numbers are listed further down.
- UNH IT Knowledge Base: This links to USNH help documentation specific to Canvas, as well as, support documentation from other academic departments.
