Account and Password Help

Your Username and Password should NEVER be shared with anyone.  No one within the Enterprise Technology & Services team will ever ask you to share these credentials in response to an email or when submitting a service request for Technology support.  If you have questions about password security or about the legitimacy of an email, please contact the ET&S Help Desk team on your local campus.

A Username and Password is created for all persons who have an official status with the University System of New Hampshire.  This includes actively enrolled students and full-time and part-time employees (Faculty and Staff).  In some limited cases, it may also include short term contracts with vendors, external partners or researchers.  Per USNH Password Policy, all passwords must be changed (at a minimum) once every year.  This policy applies to all accounts and user types.
