Faculty typically submit their word or PDF syllabus, but some faculty will copy and paste their syllabi directly into the rich content editor in the Canvas syllabus area. This article explains how to print the Syllabus Page in Canvas to paper or as a pdf file.
When you print a page that displays in a browser, what is printed is limited to what and how the browser prints.
Canvas - How to Print the Syllabus Page
Use either Safari, Firefox or Chrome browser to print a Syllabus Page.
- Go to your Canvas course and select the Syllabus Page.
- In the browser options, locate the print option (File > Print)
- Using the browser print options, you can either print directly to a printer or to a pdf file.
