Task: This article describes how to add a profile picture in your Canvas site. Your image will appear in Canvas courses next to your name in the People area and in Discussion Posts
Instructions:
- Login to Canvas site
- Select the Account icon on the top left.
- Select Settings.
- In Settings, select the Silhouette to the left of your name.
- In this location you have to option to upload a photo or take a photo to add.
- Select Save.

How to add a profile picture to Canvas
Outcome:
The user will know how to add a profile picture on the Canvas site. Their picture will appear near your name as well as in the course discussion area.
