Canvas (myCourses) - Downloading Course Roster from Canvas

Instructions:

1. A course roster can be downloaded from Canvas using New Analytics and generating the Roster Report.
2. Access the course in question, if New Analytics has not been added to your course menu, do so using the steps here:  Canvas: Managing the Course Menu
3. Click on New Analytics in either location as shown below

4. Click on reports, then Class Roster

5. Choose Run Report
6. When prompt to save the CSV file, choose your location and click Save
7. Your Class Roster has now been exported in csv format and can be viewed using Excel.

Outcome:

Users should be able to download course roster from Canvas.
