Summary
After you've invited people to your meeting, you can add up to 10 Co-organizers to help manage your meeting. Co-organizers are displayed as additional organizers in the meeting participant list and have most of the capabilities of the meeting organizer. This article details how to add Co-organizers to Teams Meetings.

Teams Application Instructions
Step 1 - Go to the Calendar and click +New to add a meeting make sure Teams Meeting is slid to on
Step 2 - You should see the Meeting Options button next to the Teams Meetings slider click on Meeting Options
Step 3 - On the meeting options page, choose Roles and then Choose co-organizers, type a name in to add them to the meeting, or use the down arrow and choose the name of the additional co-organizer(s) if they were already added to the meeting invite.

Step 4 - Select Apply at the bottom of your screen.
Outlook Instructions
Step 1 - With Outlook after scheduling and adding Meeting attendees, go back to your calendar and select your meeting scroll down to the body and then choose Meeting Options.
Note: If using Outlook, make sure the people you want to add are already required attendees then follow the steps below:
Step 3 - On the meeting options page, choose Roles and then Choose co-organizers, select the down arrow and choose the name of the additional co-organizer(s).

Step 4 - Select Save at the bottom of your screen.
Important Notes:

To allow co-organizers to change meeting options in a channel meeting, they must be directly invited to the channel meeting invitation.

Non-USNH users can't be made co-organizers.
-
To allow co-organizers to manage breakout rooms, they must be from the same organization as the meeting organizer.
