Summary
With V3 Reports,the AI Filter Assistant works to quickly suggest and apply report filters. When enabled, the AI Filter Assistant button shows in the Data Filters panel in all V3 reports the user has access to and can suggest filters needed to find the information you require.
How-To
Task: Selecting the AI Filter Assistant button causes the panel to open. Users then enter a plain language prompt for their desired report and select Generate Filters.

Instructions
Step 1 - EAB AI assistant can be accessed from different locations. You can access it from the Standard Report tab within Reporting or from the report itself.
You have the ability to tell the application what you are looking for in a report through the Prompt and the system will suggest the report and filters required to get the information requested.


Step 2 - Selecting the AI Filter Assistant button causes the panel to open. Users then enter a plain language prompt for their desired report and select Generate Filters.

Step 3 - The AI Filter Assistant then adds filters for the report. Users can then adjust the filters or modify the prompt again. If a user modifies a prompt, the AI Filter Assistant regenerates the filters.

Outcome
You can use the AI Assistant to create and run reports for the information needed.
