After the first notification job runs, we will start to see students with the (UNH|PSU|KSC)-NOTIFIED-STUDENT roles in IIQ. This signals that this user will be deprovisioned when the Convert Task runs.

Notes:
- PSU and UNH alumni retain some access after the Convert Task runs.
- Typically, IIQ runs the KSC jobs at R44, but an external process must be manually run and completed before the IIQ job can run.
- This year we will run the first KSC notification job on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
- The table will be updated as we learn the KSC dates.
