The issue is your campus phone not ringing.
Resolution
- Check that the handset is cradled properly
- Make sure all the phone wires are plugged in securely
- Call the phone from another phone. Can you hear it ring through the receiver?
- Could you have forwarded all calls to voicemail? Pick up the handset, wait for a dial tone, then press #3 and hang up. This cancels forwarding all calls to voicemail
- Could you have forwarded all calls to another phone number? Pick up the handset, wait for a dial tone, then press #2 and hang up. This cancels forwarding all calls to another phone number
- The problem may be in your phone. Try plugging a different phone into the jack and see if the issue is resolved
- Verify callers are using the correct phone number
- Verify your phone has the correct number assigned. Dial '0' and ask the campus operator what number appears on the phone display for your call
