Body

Summary

In order to use the functions of PaperCut-enabled Xerox Multi-Function Device (MFD) printer/copier/scanners (managed by Conway) you must first Log In, so the correct Department can be charged for the prints or copies.  And although your account will time out after a few minutes, it is best practice for you to manually Log Out when you are finished using the printer/copier/scanner.  This article has instructions for both how to log in and log out of a PaperCut-enabled Xerox printer/copier/scanner MFDs on campus.

DO NOT punch a hole in your RFID capable card. This will disable the ability to use the card for tap access. Instead use a badger holder if you want to hang the card on a lanyard or retractable key chain.
