Printing with PaperCut

 

Sending Print Jobs to Print Queues

  • Printing from a Managed Computer - MacOS - instructions for printing to PaperCut Xerox printers from a USNH-managed MacOS computer using "follow-me" printer queues
  • Printing from a Managed Computer - Windows - instructions for printing to PaperCut Xerox printers from a USNH-managed Windows computer using "follow-me" printer queues
  • Printing from a Personal Device - Mobility Print - instructions for using PaperCut's Mobility Print on personal device(s) to print to PaperCut printers from that device. Also for certain UNH-managed Mac computers where the user logs in with Firstname/Lastname instead of USNH username.
  • Printing from a Linux Computer - instructions for printing to PaperCut Xerox printers from a Linux computer using the employee "follow-me" printer queues
  • People on a managed computer at UNH or the USNH System Office also have the option to manually add PaperCut direct print queues to a managed computer. You might want to do this if you want to use features which are not generally available on the UNH follow-me queues, such as selecting non-standard paper or paper trays.
