Summary
This article has instructions for how to release a print job at a printer/copier/scanner. Releasing Print Jobs via Web Browser is also an option. This article is for UNH faculty and staff.
Use these instructions after you have sent a document to a PaperCut-enabled printer/copier/scanner MFD from an app or browser on your managed computer. See detailed instructions on printing from a managed computer on Windows or MacOS.
For instructions on how to set up your ID card to release print jobs at Xerox printer/copiers, see Setting up ID Card for Xerox Printer/Copier/Scanners (MFD).
DO NOT punch a hole in your RFID capable ID card. This will disable the ability to use the card for tap access. Instead use a badge holder if you want to hang the card on a lanyard or retractable key chain.
