UNH: Student Experiences of Learning Software (Blue) - Accessing from myCourses for Faculty/TA

This article highlights how faculty and TA's access survey progress and results in Blue course feedback software, used for UNH Student Experiences of Learning (SEL) surveys.

How-To

Task: To access survey progress and results from myCourses as a faculty or TA

Instructors will receive an automated email notification prior to the start of Student Experiences of Learning for the semester and reminders at the start of and during the survey period.

Instructors will be able to access the Student Experiences of Learning (SEL) Reports from the Blue link in the email or from the menu in any of their courses in myCourses. The menu item is called Blue SEL Survey Reports.

NOTE: Instructors will also see Blue SEL Survey in the course menu. This is the only Student Experiences of Learning (SEL) link that students see.

NOTE: If you cannot see the Blue SEL Survey or Blue SEL Survey Reports link try opening another course by clicking on Courses - All courses. If it still does not show see Managing the Course Menu 

 

Instructions

Step 1 - Go to your Canvas login website: https://mycourses.unh.edu/

Step 2 -

From the Blue SEL Survey course menu, instructors will have access to:

  • Course Survey Tasks: view real-time course survey response rates.

From the Blue SEL Survey Reports course menu, instructors will have access to:

  • Course Survey Results: view course survey reports once results have been released.

Outcome

You should now be able to access your Course Evaluation information in Blue and completion rate information.
