Zoom: Scheduling for Office Administrators

Task: For campus office administrators who schedule Zoom meetings for other users in their department; using Zoom's 'delegate' feature will prevent failed Zoom sessions caused by one administrator building conflicting events.

Instructions:

  1. A best practice will be for everyone using this tool to download and use Zoom's Outlook Plugin
  2. Zoom's delegate tool will only work for USNH's Zoom user group
  3. Zoom's delegate tool can be used outside of Outlook by following the 'Web' instruction

Outcome:

Campus office administrators can schedule Zoom meetings for other users in their department; using Zoom's 'delegate' feature to prevent failed Zoom sessions caused by one administrator building conflicting events.
