Task: This article is intended for SEL coordinators and highlights the steps to filter the course list in the Blue Student Experiences of Learning software.
Instructions
Filtering course list
When the course list is populated for the DIG cycle it displays all the courses that could be surveyed for this period. The course list is NOT College or department specific and may need to be filtered in order for you to find the courses you are responsible for reviewing.
Follow these steps to filter the results to make the list more manageable and to ensure that you are working in your courses only.
NOTE: It is very important that you are working with your courses only especially when using the select all feature.
Basic Search
Type in search term. ex. KIN for kinesiology. The list will begin to filter automatically
Add criterion
Step 1 - Click "Add Criteria"
Step 2 - Choose filtering criteria
Step 3 - Click "Add criterion"
Examples
For filter by Subject use criteria Courses field - Subject- contains - Educ.

Step 4 - To Filter by Reviewed/Not reviewed courses Courses field - Reviewed - yes/no

Step 5 - To filter using multiple criterion simply keep adding criterion until you have the desired result

Delete criterion
Step 1 - Click on the red dot next to criterion
Step 2 - Clear filter criterion
Step 3 - Click the "reset" button

Outcome
User will be able to filter the list of courses using the Filtering options
