This article has instructions for how to use a web browser to release a print job to the printer/copier you select. Releasing Print Jobs at Xerox Printer/Copier/Scanners (MFD) is also an option. This article is for UNH faculty and staff.
Use these instructions after you have sent a document to a PaperCut-enabled printer/copier/scanner MFD from an app or browser on your managed computer. See detailed instructions for printing from a managed computer on Windows or MacOS.
Important: Printing via web browser may cause your document to print before you can make it to the printer. If you want to be at the printer when your document is printing, use your ID card or log in to release the job directly on the printer/copier. See instructions in our article on Releasing Print Jobs at Xerox Printer/Copier/Scanners (MFD).

Task: To release a document to a printer using a web browser
Instructions
Step 1 - In a web browser, go to https://papercut-account.unh.edu:9192/user to access the print options menu.
Step 2 - Log in with your USNH username (username ONLY, NOT username@usnh.edu) and password.

Step 3 - Select “Jobs Pending Release” on the menu.

Step 4a - To print an individual document, click “Print” next to the document name.

Step 4b - To print all your documents at once, click the “Release All” button.
Step 5 - Next select a copier to print it to.

Outcome
Your document(s) will be printed at the printer you selected.
Note: This method may cause your document to print before you can make it to the printer. If you want to be at the printer when your document is printing, use your ID card or log in to release the job directly on the printer/copier.
