Academic years 2005/06-2015/16- Conducted using the paper method. Contact your Deans office.
Summer 2014-Full Term Fall 2016- Conducted using Campus Labs. Contact your Deans office.
Spring 2017- Partial Term courses- Conducted using Campus Labs. Contact your Deans office
You will need to provide term/course details. Deans and dean's office staff have access to their college evaluations through SharePoint.

Spring 2017 Full Term Courses and all more recent that were conducted using Blue see Blue Survey reporting
Spring and Fall 2020 semesters had an Opt in option where by default courses were not surveyed due to COVID. Only courses where faculty opt in, were surveyed some there many be limited courses for this time.

NOTE: There is a gap in data during the 2014-2015 years when the University was transitioning to a new survey system.
