Clipchamp is a user-friendly, browser-based video editor developed by Microsoft that empowers anyone— from casual creators to professionals —to produce polished videos without prior editing experience. You can access Clipchamp by going to any Microsoft tools from the web via MyPortal, clicking on the Microsoft Menu or Waffle and then click on More Apps and then Clipchamp.

iMovie
iMovie is available on any Apple device. This includes laptops, desktops, and mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, etc. The mobile versions of iMovie are a little more limiting than the desktop/laptop alternatives but are capable of basic editing including splicing, voiceovers, and combining clips. OpenShot
OpenShot is an open-source video editing tool that feels similar to iMovie. The tool is cross-platform so you can use it on any Windows, Mac, or Linux based computer and can be downloaded from https://www.openshot.org/

Davinci Resolve
Davinci Resolve is a cross platform professional video editing tool made available for Windows, Mac, and linux computers by BlackMagic. It offers a level of complexity and tools required to work in production environments. The free version has some limitations to the paid version, but none that will impede a high level of work.
