PSU/KSC: New phone access codes after the 2022 Upgrade

Summary

This article has the new phone access codes after the 2022 telephone system upgrade for PSU and KSU. After the the February 2022 telephone system upgrade, the former Plymouth Dialing Access codes will no longer work. After May 2022, the former Keene Dialing Access Codes will no longer work.  A table with the new dialing features is below.

Dial 9 (to get an outside line)  then 603-123-4567

Call-Forwarding  

Dial *2 (to forward the call) then the five-digit extension number to which you are forwarding your calls

Call-Forwarding Deactivation 

Dial #2 to Deactivate Call forwarding 

NA

Dial #2 to Deactivate Call forwarding 

Send All Calls to Voicemail 

Dial *9 to send all calls to Voicemail

Dial *3 to send all calls to Voicemail

Call Forwarding Activation/Busy 

Dial *3 (to forward the call) then the five-digit extension number to which you are forwarding your calls 

NA

Dial *6 (to forward the call) then the five-digit extension number to which you are forwarding your calls 

Call Pick-up 

Dial *7 to pick up calls within your Department/Hunt Group

Dial 13 to pick up calls within your Department/Hunt Group 

Dial #4 to pick up calls within your Department/Hunt Group

Transfer to Voicemail 

Dial *8 to transfer an incoming call to Voicemail

Dial *1 to transfer an incoming call to Voicemail
