This Sample article shows what you will import if you use the "Need Help - Desktop Support" Template in the "Section Templates" sub-section of the Templates drop down. Everything between the heavy lines is the contents of the template.
To submit a support request, please fill out the Technology Desktop Support webform with as much detail as possible, or contact the ET&S Help Desk team on your local campus. For password issues you must call or visit the Help Desk in person.
