Task: Navigate now has the ability to include a URL/Phone number for the meeting, assisting in a virtual environment
Instructions:
When setting Availability users can now include a URL/Phone number text box to allow you to schedule a Teams session link (or other video meeting room link), or a phone number to connect via phone/conference line.
NOTE: A Teams on-line link will overlap the field and appear questionable, however in all of our testing the link will work as expected.
NOTE: To add the URL/Phone number to previously set availabilities, you will need to edit or re-create the previous appointment availabilities.
After adding the URL/Phone number text, the link will be displayed and click able in the appointment confirmation, update and reminder emails.

As a reminder, you are not able to schedule any virtual, phone, or in-person appointment with a student if it conflicts with their scheduled class time. You can view your students class schedule by clicking on the MORE tab on the student overview and selecting CALENDAR.
Outcome:
Users can expect to be able to set clickable URLs and phone numbers in appointments.
