How-To
Progress Reports help identify students within Navigate with a Tag if a faculty member marks a student's performance as below average. Alert Reasons can be found here: EAB Navigate360: Progress Report Reasons by Institution
When this happens a Tag will be associated to the student's profile. To attain a list of your students that have been Tagged as part of this process, you can run a report and look at the various Alerts/Referrals to determine the best course of action Faculty and Advisors can take for early intervention.
If you are running a report for a group of advisors for a specific college use option 2.
Run a search and identify your students with an "Alert" tag.
Once an alert is issued from Progress Reports or otherwise, within Navigate the system will create 2 items.
- At risk Progress Report
- Alert
