Summary
This article has instructions for how to release a print job through the printer control panel on a PaperCut Xerox printer/copier/scanner (MFD). You can either tap-to-release (with your RFID ID card) or login manually (if you do not have an ID card) to select and print your print jobs. Other print job release options include Releasing Print Jobs via QR Code or Releasing Print Jobs via Web Browser. This article is for USNH faculty and staff.
Use these instructions after you have sent a document to a PaperCut-enabled printer/copier/scanner MFD from an app or browser on your managed computer. See detailed instructions on printing from a managed computer on Windows or MacOS.
For instructions on how to set up your ID card to release print jobs at Xerox printer/copiers, see Setting up ID Card for Xerox Printer/Copier/Scanners (MFD).
DO NOT punch a hole in your RFID capable ID card. This will disable the ability to use the card for tap access. Instead use a badge holder if you want to hang the card on a lanyard or retractable key chain.
