This article provides instructions on how to access public folders in Outlook on the Web.
How-To
If you are unable to find a specific Public Folder that you need to access, you may not have the correct permissions to access it. Ask an Owner of the Public Folder to add permissions for your account.
Task: To access a Public Folder in Outlook on the Web.
Instructions
Step 1 - Navigate to portal.office.com
Step 2 - If prompted, log in using your username@usnh.edu. For example, jbd2519@usnh.edu.
Step 3 - Select the Outlook icon from the navigation bar.
Step 4 - In the navigation bar, right-click (or hold down Ctrl and left-click) on Folders and choose Add public folders to Favorites from the drop-down menu.
Step 5 - Click the All Public Folders arrow to expand the list.
Step 6 - Click the public folder you want to add from the list.
Step 7 - Click Add to Folder.
Outcome
The Public Folder displays as a Favorite under Public Folders - <your email name>
