Bookings: Publishing or Unpublishing your Booking Page

This article provides instructions on how to publish and unpublish your Shared Booking page.

How-To

The booking page is the page on a website where customers can schedule appointments with a business. This page is powered by Microsoft Bookings 

Use the Booking page tab in the Microsoft Bookings app to publish and un-publish the page.

 

Task: To publish the Booking Page.

 

Instructions

Step 1 - Go to book.ms or open the Bookings app in Outlook or Teams and select your Shared booking page.

Step 2 - In the navigation pane, select Booking page.

Step 3 - Click the drop down menu under Configure booking page.

Step 4 - Choose your publishing choice from the following.

  • Available to anyone - "People on the internet can book with a public self-service page."
  • No self-service - Don't publish a self-service booking page for customers.
  • Available to people in your organization - People in your organization can book with internal-only self-service page

Step 5 - Select Save to 

Outcome

The Booking page is published or unpublished according your setting.
